When you arrived at the airport or hotel connect to public WiFi first before you scan the QR code to activate your eSIM.
You must activate eSIM QR code within 60 days after you received it through your email. After 60 days it will be automatically deleted and re-issuance is not possible.

Scanning same QR code with multiple phones is not possible.
You can only use eSIM to the phone where you activated it.
You can use eSIM even if you are not using roaming data.
It is recommended that you turn off your roaming data while using eSIM to prevent extra charges to your main simcard plan.

Turn off the main SIM plan and only turn on eSIM plan
If you do this you can prevent to have extra charges to your main SIM plan.

You can check it with these 2 ways:
* Phone models like Google Pixel and Oppo do not support eSIM.

2. Network Activation
Before scanning & activate eSIM QR code make sure you are connected with WiFi.
3. Recheck QR code and Manual Activation code
Kindly verify if the QR code and manual code in your email are correct.

If you see the KT network courier then activation has been completed.
If you check everything but doesn't work send the screenshot photo of your phone information (Phone model, IMEI 1 & 2 , EID , Serial Number and WiFi Mac Address) and send it to our Customer service center.
DON'T delete eSIM , restart your phone 3 to 5 times.

No. Once an eSIM has been installed it cannot be reinstalled or reissued.
If you are facing any problem about your plan DON'T DELETE your eSIM contact our Customer Service Center.
(Once you delete eSIM, reissuance or refund is NOT POSSIBLE)
Reissuance is only possible if you have a problem on the previous QR code activation, contact customer service center.
If you already activated the QR code then reissuance is NOT POSSIBLE.
No. Once you used eSIM we cannot process refund.
The best way is to take out your main SIM plan while you are on your trip in South Korea.
Turn off Data Roaming or Disable the main SIM plan.
